Bournemouth Work Experience

Course Description

This course is designed to combine part-time study with paid work experience for 12 to 52 weeks.
Students work at a hotel or catering placement in or near Bournemouth.
The syllabus includes practice in listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar.
Students are expected to do homework as part of the course.

All course materials are provided and a student library is also available.
Students can take the TOEIC Test or a range of Cambridge Examinations.

Students can attend a weekly language clinic, free of charge, where they will get advice on grammar, homework, etc.


Work Experience

Work placement in or near Bournemouth in the Hotel & Catering industry
National Minimum Wage
Hours and work are decided by the placement provider.
Accommodation is arranged by English 2000 or the placement provider
There are no fees for finding the work placement


Entry Requirements

Age 18 - 30
An Intermediate level of English (B1 CEF)

5 lessons / 4 hours per week
